Billy Porter is a groundbreaking artist, performer, and activist whose influence spans Broadway, television, fashion, and culture. With an unmistakable voice and a powerful presence, Porter has become a symbol of unapologetic self-expression and queer excellence. He uses every platform to challenge norms and celebrate individuality.
We were asked to design and build Billy’s official digital home. The challenge was to distill a multifaceted icon into a single cohesive space, while allowing room for fluidity, movement and expression. The result is a vibrant, cinematic site that shifts between the theatrical and the intimate. Visitors can explore his latest work, upcoming projects, media appearances and activist efforts in an environment that feels both polished and personal.
The build included fully custom layouts, dynamic press and performance archives, and a flexible CMS structure that allows Billy’s team to keep every section fresh and relevant. From typography to transitions, every design decision serves a clear goal: honoring the legacy while keeping the stage open for what comes next.
